1. Who we are

Restaurant Origini, in Bistrița, Bistrița-Năsăud county, processes the personal data sent through the contact form and the review form. The legal name, tax code and registration number are the ones shown in the website footer.

2. What we collect

• The name written in the form.
• Email address and phone number, when you fill them in.
• The message or review, including the star rating.
• The IP address, stored with the message, to keep the forms safe.

3. Why we use it

To answer reservations and questions, and to publish reviews after a check. The basis is our legitimate interest in replying, and the consent given by sending the form.

4. How long we keep it

Messages and reviews stay for as long as we need them for correspondence and for display on the site. We delete them on request, unless the law requires us to keep them.

5. Who receives them

We do not sell the data. It can be seen by the people who administer the site and, if the law requires it, by authorities.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to the email address in the footer. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

7. Cookies

The site remembers the chosen language (Romanian or English) in a cookie and in the session, so nothing is machine-translated. You can delete the cookie in your browser.
